GiveBradford is a campaign established by Leeds Community Foundation to enable local communities across the district to get the support they need to create positive change and improve the lives of local people.
Since 2012, Leeds Community Foundation has invested over £3.8m in Bradford to support community projects and charities, which in turn have benefitted over 155,000 people. Last year in Bradford alone, we awarded £593,000 in grants, but had to turn away many worthy applicants.
As part of a national network, UK Community Foundations, we invest in these groups by distributing grants and sharing advice – acting as a catalyst for positive change.
The GiveBradford campaign relies on the generosity of individuals, businesses and public sector organisations to help local people to gain the support they need now, while investing in a brighter future for all.
We’ve distributed over £3.8 million in grants in Bradford to date, enabling positive change in the lives of hundreds of thousands of people in our communities.
We distribute grants, share advice and use our specialist knowledge to help community projects thrive so they can make an even greater impact.
We’re proud to work in a district which understands and recognises need, and is willing to make a difference.
The work we do would not be possible without the commitment of our amazing supporters.
